| Bailey’s American Grille was opened in April 2007 in Seabrook, Texas. The third establishment in a line of Bailey’s Family Restaurants that includes Sudie’s Seafood House in League City, Texas, and Sudie’s Catfish House in Pasadena, Texas, Bailey’s American Grille was a departure from the delicious fried catfish that made Sudie’s famous.
Brad Bailey, owner of Bailey’s American Grille, was inspired to open a modern alternative to Sudie’s, where contemporary American cuisine could be served in a comfortable, chic atmosphere.
