Bailey’s Knows Wines Bailey’s Wine Director, Chris Colin, has done an outstanding job of gathering wonderful varietals and brands of wine that compliments our dishes and suites our guests. Most recently he is known for submitting Bailey’s wine list along with an accompanying dinner menu and winning the distinguished Award of Excellence from Wine Spectator Magazine.
