Serving Up Fresh Local Fair - Executive Chef, Rolando Soza and Server, Christopher Kaiser have done an excellent job at keeping Bailey’s cuisine fresh and local. From the Texas Tomato Salad to the Salmon and Leeks, it’s all homegrown and Texas raised. While Soza is noted for finding any and every farmer’s market in the area to provide the produce that is featured in his signature dishes, Christopher can be found tending our on-site herb and pepper garden. The two aspire to one day growing all of the herbs and vegetables that are utilized in Soza’s dishes.   [Have this a small highlighted portion at the bottom] Know a local farmer? Send ‘em to Soza!
