Bailey’s American Grille Introduces Executive Chef
Bailey’s American Grille, the newest dining establishment to be opened in the Seabrook, Texas, is proud to announce Beau Leacroy as Executive Chef. Leacroy comes to Bailey’s with extensive experience in the restaurant business and as an executive chef.
“I’ve had a love for food since I was a child,” said Leacroy. “I’ve worked in restaurants since I was 18 and I have a dedication to my craft that goes beyond my education and experience.”
Leacroy has been sous chef at Sunset Station in San Antonio, Texas, and Halliburton’s exclusive private club, Manor Lake Lodge. He has also served as executive chef for the Harborwalk Yacht Club in Hitchcock, Texas.
A graduate of Clear Creek High School, Leacroy has lived in the Bay Area most of his life and is very familiar with the community. He graduated from the Art Institute of Houston with a degree in culinary arts, and has been employed in many different restaurant settings in many significant positions.
As executive chef for Bailey’s, Leacroy will supervise the kitchen and kitchen staff, as well as develop the Bailey’s menu and catering services.

Bailey’s American Grille is a unique neighborhood eatery that offers delicious food, the finest wine and outstanding service in a chic, comfortable atmosphere. Located off of NASA Parkway in Seabrook, Texas, Bailey’s is the third restaurant in a line of successful Bailey Family dining establishments that include Sudie’s Seafood House in League City and Sudie’s Catfish House Pasadena.
