Bailey’s American Grille Welcomes Wine Director to Staff

Bailey’s American Grille is taking its wine expertise to a whole new level with the recent hiring of Christopher Colin as Manager and Wine Director. Colin comes to Bailey’s with extensive knowledge in wine as well as significant experience in restaurant management.
Colin will oversee restaurant operations while also creating an exciting wine program for guests at Bailey’s. With extended stints at such well-known establishments as Grotto’s Ristorante and Perry’s Italian Grille, Colin brings a great knowledge of wine to the table. He has passed the first level of becoming a wine sommelier from the Court of Master Sommeliers and is currently studying to be a Certified Wine Specialist.
“I love wine, food and people – in any given order,” said Colin. “I can’t imagine myself doing anything else because I have worked so hard to get to where I am now.”
A long-time resident of the Houston Bay Area, Colin served as general manager and wine director for five years at Perry’s Italian Grille. Now as a member of the Bailey’s staff, Colin will bring a great deal of experience to the everyday operations of the successful restaurant.
“We are so pleased to have Chris on board with us,” said Brad Bailey, owner of Bailey’s American Grille. “As our wine guy, he will bring so much to Bailey’s because of his ability to find great wines to serve to our customers.”
Bailey’s American Grille is a unique neighborhood eatery that offers delicious food, the finest wine and outstanding service in a chic, comfortable atmosphere. Located off of NASA Parkway in Seabrook, Texas, Bailey’s is the third restaurant in a line of successful Bailey Family dining establishments that include Sudie’s Seafood House in League City and Sudie’s Catfish House Pasadena.
